Please be ready at your hotel or accommodation lobby 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. We recommend preparing your essentials such as a camera, a change of clothes, and any personal items you may need for the activities.
Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are available in the following areas: Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Denpasar City, Sanur and Ubud.
Pick-up outside these areas will incur an additional charge, payable directly to the driver.
