- It is prohibited to carry your mobile phone or camera on the ride. As of now, viewpoint Video Experience rentals are not available on-site.
- All guests must be minimum of 3 years old and 105 cm in height
- Guests less than 138 cm in height must ride as a passenger and must be accompanied by an adult (driver) who is at least 150 cm tall and a minimum of 12 years old.
- The combined weight of driver and passenger cannot exceed 150 kgs, and riders must be able to wear the seatbelt correctly.
- Jais Adventure Park retains the right to change/close rides at any time due to weather, wildlife, capacity or force majeure.
- All participants are required to sign a waiver. A parent or guardian will need to sign a waiver for participants under 18 years old.
- Please bring with you a proof of identity.
- Comfortable attire with no loose clothing (eg. scarfs). It is mandatory to wear closed flat shoes to take the ride. Passengers wearing flip flops will not permitted for the ride.
- Additional cost will be applicable for the exceeding Hours and pickups outside city limits
