What to expect

Coffee Methods Workshop
Welcome to our Coffee Brewing Experience! Join us for a four hour, hands-on journey into specialty coffee, where you’ll master three iconic brewing methods in beautiful Costa Rica.

We’ll begin with a warm welcome and introduction to roasting, learning how each roast pairs with different brewing styles.

First, explore the French Press a simple method for a bold, full-bodied cup. Discover the ideal grind, water temperature, and steep time, then brew your own.

Next, the elegant Chemex, a pour-over that highlights clarity and aroma. With a gooseneck kettle and precise pouring, you’ll craft a clean, balanced brew.

After a tasty lunch break, experience Costa Rica’s traditional Cafe Chorreado, using a wooden stand and cloth filter to create a smooth, authentic cup.

We’ll wrap up with a friendly Q and A, photos, and memories to take home along with a new appreciation for every sip!
