Welcome to Asado Workshop!, Unique experience to learn how to cook Argentine barbecue from the hand of a specialized chef, don't miss it!
Experience with the immersive cooking class plus dinner format about Argentine barbecue, its customs and culture, taught by chef Nacho Bravo. The class will feature high-end wines from our country accompanied by pasture-raised cuts of meat and seasonal organic vegetables.
This experience is perfect to live as a couple or group. Small Group.. Once we are all there we will give them their toothbrush, toothpaste, board, tweezers and knife.
We will begin with the first ritual: lighting the fire, and then go through the preparation of the mother sauces for the Argentine barbecue.
We will put our cuts of meat in the kitchen so that once they are done we can taste what we cook. The jewel of this experience? Our matured beef eye.
Finally, this evening could not end without the classic desserts of Argentine gastronomy.

Entraña, Pork Matambrito accompanied by panera with sourdough bread
Roast
We will try chorizo, blood sausage, sweetbread, strip of roast, and aged beef eye
Typical Argentine desserts
We will try Dulce de leche pancake and homemade flan
