Then you can select your main course from several alternatives: grilled breast with sweet potato cream, spinach and sautéed mushrooms; spaghetti with pesto genovese; penne rigate with pork ragout; or a fresh option of caramelized pears with green leaves, blue cheese, walnuts and aceto reduction.
The experience continues with a dessert of choice, which can be pancakes with dulce de leche or ice cream bowl, accompanied by Nespresso coffee or drink. In addition, a glass of Portillo, Malbec or Chardonnay wine is included, completing a balanced, tasty lunch with careful presentation.
Lunch is served in the Croque Madame lounge.
Dress code to the Palace lounge is mandatory to wear long pants and closed footwear.
