For transfers from BRC Airport to the hotel, the driver will be waiting at the arrivals area once the passenger has taken his luggage. The service includes flight tracking to consider possible delays. For transfers from the hotel to BRC Airport, the driver will show up at the lobby (asking for the reservation holder) or outside the informed property.
A local Bariloche provider will contact you via WhatsApp 24 hours prior to service to coordinate and confirm all details. It is important to keep the phone available on the day of transfer. The waiting tolerance at the hotel is up to 10 minutes from the arrival of the vehicle.
Flight changes or modifications must be reported at least 6 hours in advance and may result in additional charges, subject to availability. Permitted luggage must respect the reported capacity at the time of booking.
Baggage allowed: 1 bag of 23 kg and 1 carry-on bag per passenger.

Once the reservation is made, the service is confirmed with the information provided: date, flight time, hotel address, number of passengers and luggage.

4. Transfer
The trip is done privately and directly, without intermediate stops or other passengers.
5. Completion
The service concludes with arrival at the agreed destination (hotel or airport) and disembarkation of the passenger at the set point.
