The team will contact you by WhatsApp 24 hours before the service to coordinate the meeting and confirm the details of the transfer. For domestic flights the vehicle will be available up to 45 minutes from landing and for international flights up to 60 minutes. For transfers from the hotel to the airport, the driver will wait in the hotel lobby or outside the property. The waiting time is up to 10 minutes from the arrival of the vehicle. For any flight changes or special assistance, please contact the contact number provided in advance (6 Hours).

What to expect

From the moment the booking is confirmed, the operations team reviews the service details and contacts the passenger 24 hours before the scheduled date to confirm the flight information, schedule and coordinate the meeting point. A WhatsApp contact number is also shared for assistance before and during the transfer.

Transfer from the airport: Upon arrival in Mendoza, the driver will be waiting at the arrivals area with a sign with the name of the reservation holder to facilitate the meeting. The vehicle will remain available 45 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights from the moment of landing. Once the meeting has taken place, the passenger will be escorted to the vehicle and will begin the direct transfer to his hotel or address indicated.

Transfer from the hotel to the airport: the driver will arrive at the property at the scheduled time and wait in the hotel lobby or outside the building, asking for the reservation holder. The waiting time is up to 10 minutes from the arrival of the vehicle. The transfer will then take place directly to the airport so that the passenger can check in in time.
