The guide will be waiting for you at Gonzalitos, a famous taquería located at Colima 76. (Just a heads-up: on Google Maps it incorrectly appears as Colima 71) You’ll recognize it by its white sign with the name “Gonzalitos.”

To start off, we will be visiting a local Panadería known for blending traditional Mexican flavors with refined techniques. Then, we will be stopping by two taquerias that earned a spot in the Michelin guide: we will be trying amazing tacos and barbacoa de res!
