Our Taco Tour is a 2.5 hour deep dive into Mexico’s most iconic dish. Taste regional styles like Cochinita Pibil, northern Barbacoa, Birria, and inventive modern tacos. It is focused, flavorful, and perfect for taco lovers.
In both experiences, enjoy a taco and mezcal pairing in at least one spot.

The guide will be waiting for you at the entrance of Gonzalitos, a taquería located at Colima 76. (On Google Maps it incorrectly shows as Colima 71) You’ll recognize it by its white sign with the name “Gonzalitos.” If the tour has already started you’ll typically find us at one of the tables inside!
