    Chateau De Lacoste

    In the heart of the Luberon, is the village of Lacoste, which is home to the castle of the Marquis de Sade. This ancient medieval fortress, which dominates the village, was the property of the de Sade family for several centuries. The Marquis de Sade, famous libertine writer, lived there from the age of 4 to 10.

    After visiting the Château de Lacoste, head towards Lourmarin, one of the most beautiful villages in France. This medieval village, nestled at the foot of the Luberon, is a true architectural gem. Visitors can admire the stone houses, cobbled streets and flowered squares as well as a castle. This old fortress, built in the 15th century, is in Renaissance style, dominates the village, and is another unmissable monument of our excursion.
