Praijing Heritage Village is an example of how Sumba people lived on the olden days. In here, you can witness how the weave their traditional cloth called "Kain Ikat', which also colored with natural dye. Other things you will learn are their traditional housing, megalithic tombs and lots more. See for your self.

Lapopu waterfall is one of the most favorite tourist destination. Its beautiful, still very pristine and its got multi-layers of waterfalls.

This is the best spot to enjoy both sunset and sunrise. Wairinding Hill is very unique and distinctive. It's got both multi points hilltops and valley.

As the name suggests its just a beautiful piece of savanna land that we could hardly find in other parts of Indonesia. But if you are OZ or Kiwi, you'll find it just ' a piece of land with grass' Lol. But it is a good Instagram spot.

I should call this the master piece of all waterfall in Sumba. Its just B.E.A. utiful.... no explaination needed. see it for yourself. it's got moderate trekking on the way so better gear up for your journey.

Playing in the water on Sumba

Early morning trekking to the waterfall. Waimarang waterfall is very famous for its private huge pool. There are three chambers in there. Cliff jumping is possible if you have the guts to do it. Cliff ninja walk is required to the to the top chamber aka secret chamber (bcoz so hard to get there)

Shop for souvenirs

Rambu Chiko Gallery is located n Waingapu city. Here you can explore more on Sumba fabric Aka Tenun Ikat. Feel free to wander around the gallery and Shop till you drop.
