We provide direct pickup from your specified Paris address or the airport, arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Our hourly service is exclusively available within the Paris region. From the moment of pickup—whether from the airport or your Paris address—your service time applies to Paris only. Driver details will be shared within 24 hours prior to your ride. Pickup must be from a Paris address or airport. If you have to go back to the airport, we recommend departure time from Paris 3 hours in advance. Your drop-off location must also be within the Paris region or back at the airport. Our cancellation policy requires notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride.

After confirmation, we will send you the details of our driver within 24 hours before the date of the request. The driver will meet the passenger(s) at the meeting point.
