We are on site 15 minutes before the departure requested by the customer. Driver details will be sent within 24 hours before the request date. We will pick you up from specific location (hotel or Paris address) that you have indicated. Pick up address has to be from Paris region only. Cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance from the date of ride request.
