Meeting and pickup
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach:
Cancun Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancun (mall) and Wyndham Garden Cancun Downtown
Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support)
Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be at Aloft Tulum (this is the only meeting point available on Tulum area).
The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 7:00 am (in Playa del Carmen, pickups start at 09:00 am), the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

Discover Xcaret Park, a cultural and natural attraction where you can experience Mexico through more than 50 activities surrounded by jungle, underground rivers, and the Caribbean Sea. Explore the park’s underground rivers, visit Mayan archaeological sites, and enjoy traditional Mexican music and dance performances throughout the day. Your admission also includes a buffet lunch at one of the park’s restaurants, giving you time to relax and enjoy a variety of Mexican dishes. As the day continues, follow the scent of copal to Villa Maya, where Pre-Hispanic dances celebrate the arrival of night. Then, experience Xcaret México Espectacular, an evening performance featuring more than 300 artists who bring Mexico’s history, culture, and folklore to the stage at the Gran Tlachco. With transportation from Cancun included, Xcaret offers a full day combining nature, culture, entertainment, and Mexican traditions.

- If you a re a guest of the Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen the park is located 15 minutes minutes away nexto to the hotel, guests need to go by themselves to the park main entrance, hotel conciergel always help to the customers to get to the park The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.
