An underground cellar, obtained from the careful recovery of a Roman cistern of the 1st century A.D., furnished with antique furniture that makes this place unique. The food and wine tasting experience will be in the wine cellar Fabullus in Via dell'Arco di San Callisto, 19/20 Roma 00153, inside The Residenza San Calisto. Meet at the "Hotel Residenza San Calisto" where the ted red canopy is. Please, when you arrive, ring the bell at the entrance.

Enjoy your exclusive tasting in an ancient Roman location in Trastevere in the center of Rome.
During the tasting, served in an underground environment with more than 2000 years of history, our staff will welcome you and tell the stories and origins of many Italian culinary delicacies. Prepare to immerse yourself in history and savor the best Italian culinary culture paired with rare and excellent wines, all produced with respect for tradition.
Our philosophy is to combine pleasure with the history of culinary culture by selecting excellent products and combining them with high-quality wines that express the essence of our peninsula. We proudly present our wine cellar created in an ancient Roman cistern from the 2nd century BC to live a unique experience in Trastevere in the heart of Rome.
All products served are recognized by the Slow Food* presidium and certified by the DOC DOCG IGT, DOP, IGP, and STG brands.
Our tasting proposals last approximately one hour, during which it will be possible to taste the best Italian food and wine excellences chosen by expert staff.
