    Visegradi Fellegvar

    One of the largest medieval fortress of Hungary, once upon a time royal seat, its terrace offers breathtaking panorama of the Danube Bend. The castle saw assasination, royal meetings, royal weddings, birth and funeral of royals. Between their famous prisoners was Dracula for seven years in the 15th century. The upper castle was never taken by Turks. You can see also whwre the crown of Hungary was guarded, for 200 years, and how was it stolen from Visegrad,

    Szentendrei Keresztelo Szent Janos Parish Church

    This church on the top of the city stands on medieval base. Today the interieur is baroque with nice frescoes and ornamental decoration. Outside you can see a sundial from the 12th century. Not always open. From the tzerrace you see the city, and can go down through a real catwalk.

    Szamos Marzipan Exhibition and Workshop

    This unique museum and shop was founded by the Serbian Szamos family. The exhibition shows many interestings all made from marzipan inclujding lifesize figures, like Lady Di. In the workshop you can see how marcipan is formed and painted. In the shop you find a wide selection from pure Marzipan up to bonbons and figures, liqeurs.
