At sacred monkey forest, you can see amazing carved artwork, sculptures and the temple with the monkeys enjoying their freedom and letting us be around them. Tirta Empul Temple locally known as Pura Tirta Empul (Holy Spring in Balinese) is located in the village of Manukaya, near the town of Tampaksiring, in central Bali. The temple pond has a spring which gives out fresh water regularly, which Balinese Hindus consider to be holy or amritha where Balinese Hindus go to for ritual purification to cleanse their souls and ward off evil. Not far from Ubud, Tegenungan Waterfall foams in a white cascade over black stone cliffs into a quiet pool. At around 66 feet (20 meters) high, it’s an impressive flow, and that’s not all the site has to offer. The hustle and bustle of the night market of Gianyar begins at nightfall and varies in terms of opening between 4 and 5 pm until 12 am depending on the season.
