Guests may request re-entry at the Ticketing Counter (Lobby), but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
- If a ticket has been redeemed and used but you are unable to visit the 78th floor due to inclement weather, you can present the actual ticket to Mahanakhon staff at the ticketing counter to request re-entry directly
