The House of the Virgin Mary is a Christian and Muslim shrine located on a hill outside the ancient city of Ephesus. It is believed by many to be the place where the Virgin Mary spent her last years of life. The house was discovered in the 19th century and has since been restored for visitors to see. The interior of the house is decorated with prayer messages from visitors from all over the world. Many visitors to the site report feeling a strong spiritual presence and find it to be a moving and peaceful experience.
