Offered in: English

The journey begins with a comfortable minibus from Bergen, heading east into a winter wonderland. Our first stop is at the majestic Tvindefossen waterfall. Before reaching this enchanting sight, we pause in the cozy Dale village for 15 minutes—perfect for a hot coffee, snacks, and a quick toilet break. Further on, we arrive in Gudvangen, where you will enjoy a peaceful electric cruise through the icy, shimmering Nærøyfjorden, arriving in Flåm. We’ll have about 30-45 minutes for lunch and sightseeing, surrounded by the tranquil winter scenery. In Flåm, your guide will meet you before the tour continues to Aurland. Next, you’ll embark on the breathtaking drive up to the Stegastein viewpoint. The platform extends 30 meters from the mountainside, perched 650 meters above the snow-laden fjord below, offering unparalleled panoramic views of Norway’s winter panorama. 15-20 min. stop at Tvindefossen Waterfall. Standing tall at an impressive 116 meters (381 ft), this natural wonder is more than just your average cascade. Fed by the Kroelvi stream, it dramatically tumbles over a receding cliff, showcasing nature's raw power and sheer beauty. What makes Tvindefossen one of the best waterfalls in Norway isn't just its height or the mesmerizing water flow; it's the legends and history that envelop it, giving this spot a mystical aura. Flam

Flåm is the most popular village around the Aurlandsfjord, and one of Norway’s most popular tourist destinations. The village has had a history of tourism dating back over 100 years, to when rich, British tourists would come to the fjords to fish salmon in the rivers here. Flåm is small, with around 400 inhabitants. However, in the high season, we sometimes have over 10’000 visitors in a day! As you can tell, it can get quite busy, as Flåm is not only a popular place to stay and visit, but also the starting point for many of the tours and activities in the area. You can buy food here.
