- At Tokyo Tower, only the main observatory (150 m) will be entered. An additional admission fee is required to access theSpecial Observatory (250 m). For those interested, please pay the required charges on your own.
- Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats. If a seat on the bus is required for the child, please make a booking at the Child rate.
- In an effort to prevent global warming, the bus will have its engine and cooling/heating turned off while waiting
- In general, groups with an odd number of members will share seats with other customers.
- Parental permission in writing is necessary for all tour participants under the age of eighteen. Any participant under the age of fifteen or not yet enrolled in middle school must be joined by a parent or guardian on the tour.
- Due to traffic restrictions or entry restrictions, etc. near the Imperial Palace, operation may be suspended or departure may not be possible from the designated departure location.
