What to expect
After a brief instruction from our guides, we put on our snowshoes and take a panoramic hike along trails surrounded by subantarctic forest. From there, we access natural viewpoints that give us unique postcards of the snowy valley.
After the hike, we climbed into a tracked vehicle specially adapted to tour the great white plain. We make a technical stop to take spectacular photos and contemplate the landscape from another angle. We arrive at Husky Park, where a hot lunch awaits us at the Dome. Afterwards, we enjoy free time to sledge, play with the snow or just relax in this unique setting.
The second part of the day raises the excitement: first, we live the experience of Huskies dog sledding, a noble and tireless breed that travels snowy trails gracefully. Then, we took control on a two-seater snowmobile, guided by experts, and traversed the forest and peatlands in a safe and entertaining circuit.
