Cooking Class
Your day begins with a visit to the local market. This is the perfect occasion to discover exotic products, their use in Vietnamese cooking.
Join this tour you have chance to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals and you also can learn about daily life.
You’ll then head back to the kitchen for a cooking class with a local chef, where you’ll learn how to make several different dishes, before sitting down and enjoying your meal together. You will cook 05 Vietnamese traditional dishes.
You will make 5 traditional Vietnamese dishes from south/middle/north Vietnam:
Green Papaya Salad
Vietnamese-style fish
Rice Pancake
Fried Spring Roll
Stir Fried Garlic with Water Spinach
Vegetarian menu available on request!
End tour and transfer back to your hotel in Hoi An and Da Nang.
