We provide on time airport transfers, courteous drivers and clean brand new vehicles - sedan, minivan, and van.
For port or airport pickups, the driver will be waiting at the arrival hall with a signboard of the customer's name. If you do not see your transfer coordinator, please contact our hotline. For hotel pickups, please wait in your hotel lobby for your driver. For departure transfers, please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick up time. In case of flight delay, contact us ahead of time to avoid extra charges per hour of waiting time If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message us within 3 hours before landing, no surcharge or full refund will be issued in case of cancellation. If you are unreachable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave after 1 hour and no refund will be issued. For out of town transfers, long stop over is subject to additional of charge per hour
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
