Complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off are available for selected packages with transfer from major tourist areas including Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, and Sanur. Please wait in your hotel lobby 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

For travelers outside the standard pickup area, additional charges may apply or you may choose to come directly to the meeting point. Exact pickup time will be confirmed one day before the activity via WhatsApp or email.
