Unlike stand up paddle boarding in the open ocean, Huntington Harbour offers conditions sheltered from the ocean waves and wind that make balancing and learning significantly easier, especially for beginners.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through a brief land-based introduction covering paddle technique and safety, then take you on a tour through the canals and teach you about the history of Huntington Beach and the surrounding area. You’ll get plenty of support while building confidence and having fun. No experience needed, and all gear is provided.
