Meeting and pickup
- We offer free pick up in the Funchal area in a 2km range from our sales point , for pickup's outside this areas please contact us.
- Pick up inside the cruise Port/Dock of Funchal only with 24h advance notice and an extra payment of €6 per vehicle (Madeira Port Rules and Laws) that can to be payed to the driver.
- Minimum 2 passengers per tour.
- Children under 3 years old can only travel on baby Sling/Pouch.
- Due to vehicle restrictions , it’s not allowed people over 110kg.
- Tickets , entries or experiences in public or private spaces are not included in the tour price.
- MadTuk staff and vehicles are always identified and will never ask for any tour payment , cancellation or any different service other the one that was booked , except if its your wish to extend , modify your tour or due to weather conditions.
