• Free pickup and drop-off are available within a 2km radius of Funchal city center.
• Pickup inside the Cruise Ship Port require 24-hour advance notice and incur an additional fee of €3 per person, which can be selected during booking or paid directly to the driver .
• Payment Security: MadTuk staff and vehicles are fully identified. Extra payments, cancellations, or changes are only requested if you wish to extend or modify the tour.
• Safety or weather conditions may force a modification to the tour or activity.
Passenger & Capacity Restrictions
• A minimum of 2 passengers is required to book the tour.
• Weight Limit: The total combined weight of all passengers cannot exceed 250kg due to vehicle size limits and legal constraints.
• Children under 3 years old are allowed only if secured in a personal baby sling or pouch.
Exclusions & Ticketing
• Tickets or entries to attractions are never included in the tour price and must be handled separately.
