    The Belizean art gallery was founded 30 years ago by an artist. At the store, you can find a diverse collection of original paintings by leading artists together with artesano jewelry in gold and silver, wood and slate carvings, ceramics, Garifuna drums, Mayan masks, fabrics, and more.

    San Pedro Church was built at the beggining of early 20 century by local catholic people and it had uninterrupted view of of the Caribbeen sea and was the pride of San Pedro untill 1942 when the same Caribbean Sea destroyed the church by a hurricane. It was rebuilt again in 1949, destroyed again in 1961 by the hurricane, but rebuilt very slowly and finished in 1977 by local community fundraising. You can learn about the church's history through the centuries how it was changing and its importance to local people.
