Our guide will be sharing with you, some basic information about the resort as well as the activities in and around, this will be your chance to book any activities of your choice. the guide will take you to your hotel and ensure that you have checked into your hotel.He/ She will remain on call should you require any information your stay.On the return day your driver guide will pick you from the hotel upon checkout and bearing in mind your flight check in times.Usually we pick you up about 3 hours from your check in time and drop you off .The guide will assist you with your luggage to the check in desk.
We pick clients at any hotel or area. Our driver are always 15 minutes before all pick ups, All transfers are in air-conditioned vehicles and include a bottle of mineral water per person.

What to expect
Our transfers are not only a transport service but are also informative with professional driver guides. All our vehicles are insured, have communication radios, first aid kits. When we drop you off, we always make sure you are in safe hands and you have been handed over to the next handler.

We take care of all transfers despite number of people or group size. You are expected to book and advise pick up point and drop off points, number of people to determine type of vehicle. Our vehicles have our logo for identification and our guides are always in uniform. All our tour vehicles are air-conditioned and we provide mineral water per person for all transfers.
