The service is up to the hotel which is specified in the reservation.

What to expect

1.The driver will wait for the passenger in the arrival hall with a sign.
2. Payment includes the trip to Jerusalem and one-hour waiting time in the terminal.
3. Waiting beyond the 1 hour involves an extra € 10 per 15 minutes.and that only if the driver is
free and can wait over an hour.
4. The passenger must confirm the extra charge by telephone.
5. After an hour the driver will contact the passenger by telephone and receive the confirmation
for such additional charge.
6. If the passenger has not arrived in an hour and can not be reached by phone, the driver will
leave the terminal without the passenger.
The service does not include entry into Palestinian territories!!!
