What to expect

Enjoy an unforgettable experience which includes a 3-course menu by the open fire and a Finnish Smoke Sauna experience.

Experience the ancient sauna culture of Finland in Varjola Resort smoke sauna. A warm outdoor Jacuzzi is also included in the package with a possibility to swim in the lake.
Sauna has also a strong connection to the nature – nothing completes the Finnish sauna experience like cooling down in the pure water of a blue lake and admiring the silent, green forest landscapes.

Well-being, resting and relaxing has been the essential part of the original Finnish sauna experience for centuries, all the way from our ancestors to this day. The Finnish sauna has seen thousands of stories and it is a place where time stands still for a while. Sauna is about purification, healing and finding the harmony between mind and body.
This program is in public sauna, take your own swimming suit with you.
After sauna, enjoy unique dinner in Varjola´s Lappish Hut.
Our outdoor chef prepares the main course of salmon by the fire in the hut while you can relax and watch the cooking process.
