As you embark on a relaxing cruise on the Mekong River from My Tho to Ben Tre, you'll have lunch on the island. Experience the traditional rowing boat in the water coconut canal. The picturesque scenery is a feast for the eyes and will leave you spellbound.
During the tour, you'll have the privilege to indulge in local honey, fresh fruits, and coconut candy, giving you a taste of the local culture. You'll learn all about the fascinating life of bees, how they produce honey, and its importance to the region. You'll have great lunch.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We will pick up all the travelers in Districts 1 and 4. Travelers staying out of the pickup zones should meet the group at Notre Dame Cathedral Church. The pickup is around 30 minutes from 7:00 - 7:30 AM. Pickup confirmation of the exact pickup time and tour guide’s information will be received the night before departure. *Note: Travelers are advised to have breakfast before the trip and bring additional snacks, as traffic can be unpredictable, and you may feel hungry if we return to the city center later than expected. A short coffee break will be included along the way (at your own expense).

We will pick up all the travelers and meet the travelers who are not staying at Districts 1 and 4 from here. The tour starts at 7:30 AM to Cu Chi Tunnels.

2Cu Chi Tunnels
The Cu Chi Tunnels, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, were an extensive network of underground tunnels that served as a critical strategic location during the Vietnam War. Constructed over several years, the tunnels spanned more than 250 kilometers and were made up of multiple layers, including living quarters, kitchens, meeting rooms, hospitals, and even schools. The tunnels were dug by hand, using rudimentary tools such as shovels, hoes, and picks, and the workers would remove the soil from the tunnels and conceal it in nearby fields to avoid detection. Navigating through the Cu Chi Tunnels was a complex task, requiring specialized knowledge and training. The tunnels were narrow, with a height of only a few feet, and were often filled with traps and obstacles, such as spike pits and hidden doors. The Viet Cong soldiers were trained to move silently and quickly through the tunnels, using their knowledge of the terrain to avoid detection. Then, we will drive to My Tho.
