Meeting and pickup
For this special service, we will meet our passengers directly at the Ground Transportation Level in all terminals. Terminal A: The meeting point will be at Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), Spot #A-27. Terminal B: The meeting point will be at Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), Spot #B-25. Terminal C: The meeting point will be at Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), Spot #C-273. Please keep your mobile phone with you at all times for better communication with your driver. Note: For safety reasons, we do not leave the vehicle unattended under any circumstances.
What to expect
Once you have left the aircraft, proceed to baggage claim to collect your luggage. After retrieving all your belongings, head to the Ground Transportation Level to meet your driver.
**For international flights:** After clearing customs, proceed directly to the Ground Transportation Level. There's no need to go to baggage claim at the main terminal as you will have already collected your luggage from customs.
Please ensure your mobile phone is turned on to stay connected with your driver.
