What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We perform all pickups at the main lobby or registration area. Our system will send real-time driver status notifications, including live vehicle location updates.
The driver/guide will be holding a sign with the passenger’s name and will also call out the passenger’s name upon arrival.
Please stay alert to your mobile phone in case the driver or our dispatch team sends any special messages.
What to expect
After this review, you will receive our own confirmation, allowing you to double-check that all details are correct.
One day before your transfer, our system will automatically send you your driver’s information and pickup details, including hotel/location, pickup time, and destination. This gives us time to correct any discrepancy or last-minute change that may have been missed.
On the day of service, you will receive:
A “Driver on the Way” notification approximately 60 minutes prior to pickup
A notification once the driver has arrived at the pickup location
The vehicles are clearly marked with the ATC logo, and the driver/guide will hold a sign with the lead passenger’s name, call out your name, and confirm your destination to avoid any errors and ensure a seamless start to your vacation.
After drop-off, you will receive a survey message so you can rate and share your experience with us.
We kindly ask that you stay alert to your mobile phone for any driver updates or special messages.
