Once you book a private transfer from Port Canaveral to Lake Buena Vista Resorts, Viator will send a standard confirmation email.

As soon as we receive your booking, we will import and carefully review all details in your system to ensure we have the essential information needed for a smooth and successful service, including date, time, cruise terminal, cruise ship name, and resort destination.

After this verification, you will receive your own confirmation, allowing you to double-check that all details are correct.

One day prior to your transfer, your system will automatically send you your driver’s information and pickup details, including:

Port terminal

Pickup time

Destination (Lake Buena Vista resorts)

This allows time to correct any discrepancy or last-minute change that may have been missed.

On the day of service, you will receive:

A “Driver on the Way” notification approximately 60 minutes prior to pickup

A notification once the driver has arrived at your port terminal

At Port Canaveral:

Pickups are performed at the designated shuttle pickup area for your terminal

Your vehicles are clearly marked with the ATC logo

The driver/guide will be holding a sign with the lead passenger’s name, will call out your name, and will confirm your destination to ensure accuracy and avoid delays

After drop-off at your Lake Buena Vista resort, you will receive a survey message so you can share and rate your experience with us.
