Meeting and pickup
Please proceed to the designated pickup area at Cruise Terminal 3 on Channelside Drive. Once you have disembarked, collected your luggage, and cleared the terminal, please contact your driver using the details provided. Driver status notifications and contact information will be sent the day before your service to ensure a smooth pickup experience.
Travelers will meet at Port Tampa Bay – Cruise Terminal 3, located on Channelside Drive, Tampa, FL. Please proceed to the designated shuttle and rideshare pickup area outside the terminal and look for your driver holding a sign with your name on it.
