For Domestic Arrivals:
Proceed to Exit 1 and look for your name sign at the meeting area. Show the name sign photo sent on the same day to the staff. They will contact your driver, and your vehicle will arrive within about 10 minutes. Then transfer to your hotel.

For International Arrivals:
Proceed to Exit 3 and look for your name sign at the meeting area. Show the name sign photo sent on the same day to the staff. They will contact your driver, and your vehicle will arrive within about 10 minutes. Exit 3 is located outside the terminal

For Hotel Pick-up:
Please wait at your hotel lobby at the scheduled pick-up time. Your driver will arrive to pick you up and assist with your transfer to the airport or designated destination.

Drop-off point
This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

Hotel Pick-up Procedure

Your driver will arrive on time, confirm your booking, and transfer you safely to the airport or your designated destination.
