For your safety, our team tracks your photo, location, and travel time at every stage — before departure, after boarding, and upon hotel arrival.
All drivers are experienced locals who know Phuket's roads inside out. Getting you to your destination safely is the only priority — not speed, not shortcuts.
If your flight is delayed, we wait at no extra charge. Just make sure to include your correct flight number at booking — it's how we track your arrival and make sure your driver is ready when you are.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
For Domestic Arrivals
Please proceed to Exit 1.
Look for your name sign at the meeting area.
Show the name sign photo sent to you on the same day to the on-site staff.
The staff will inform your driver that you have arrived.
Your vehicle will arrive at the meeting point within approximately 10 minutes.
Board the vehicle and transfer to your hotel.
For International Arrivals
Please proceed to Exit 2, walk past Gate 3, and turn left to the meeting point.
Look for your name sign at the meeting area.
Show the name sign photo sent to you on the same day to the on-site staff.
The staff will inform your driver that you have arrived.
Your vehicle will arrive at the meeting point within approximately 10 minutes.
Board the vehicle and transfer to your hotel.
Hotel Pick-up Procedure
Please wait at your hotel lobby at the scheduled pick-up time.
Your driver will arrive to pick you up and transfer you to the airport or your designated destination.
*If you arrive at the meeting point and cannot find the signboard, please contact us immediately.
What to expect
• Changes to pickup time or location may be limited — please plan ahead.
• We recommend verifying your destination on Google Maps with your driver before departure — some hotel names are shared across locations
• For trips with a stopover, please share contact details with your driver for real-time coordination
• English proficiency may vary among drivers — Google Translate (voice mode) works well for communication
• Traffic in Phuket can be unpredictable — please allow extra time, especially during peak season
• Infant/child seats are available upon advance request but subject to availability — please confirm in advance or bring your own if required.
• For hotel departures, we recommend departing with sufficient time to allow for traffic and airport procedures.
• Vehicle capacity guidelines:
(Sedan) — Up to 3 passengers / Up to 1 large suitcases (28–30") and 1–2 carry-on bags
(SUV) — Up to 4 passengers / Up to 2 large suitcases (28–30") and 2–3 carry-on bags
(Van) — Up to 8 passengers / Up to 4–5 large suitcases (28–30") and 5–6 carry-on bags
