Your pick-up point will be Super Aki Tulum, right where the sliding doors are, at 9:45 AM. Please be aware that this area can experience heavy traffic, so we highly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to avoid delays. Your guide will arrive and call you by name.

- The bus has 1 bathroom, you are only allowed to use number 1, you cannot use number 2 because the bathroom has ventilation connections to the entire bus and if you use number 2 the entire bus would smell bad, stops will be made at the places visited where you can use the bathroom
- Hotel changes are not allowed after 6 pm because we can not modify our logistic
- Important: The visit to the cenotes is subject to availability. Depending on the conditions of the day, only one of the following cenotes may be visited: Nool Há or Chichikán. Please note that, according to what is included in your package, the visit includes access to only one cenote.
