Meeting and pickup
Pick-up/ drop off is free of charge. However pick-up needs to be reserved 48h in advance. We pick up customers between the ferry dock (Vaiare) and Te Fare Mihi (north coast). For members of cruise ships, please specify the ship you will be traveling with.
What to expect
Humpback Whale Watching (3 hours duration)
Come and observe these marine mammals that come every year to rest and give birth in the warm waters of Polynesia.
You will have the chance to approach cetaceans while respecting the rules of approach in order to observe them without disturbing them.
After this meeting we will make you discover the wonderful Moorea lagoon with its incredible richness or very often we meet dolphins in the lagoon or in the passes.
We can stop to see the turtles in their natural environment and make a snorkling stop to swim with the pastenague rays and blacktip sharks.
LAUNCHING:
To swim with whales, it is required to know how to swim well with snorkling equipment, mask, fins and snorkel. Approach rules require us to swim about 150m round trip.
NOTES:
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a meeting with a whale during your visit.
It is a wild animal in its natural environment in the open sea.
