Meeting and pickup
Departure Point: After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you at the arrivals hall located outside the customer area, holding a sheet with the client's name. Directions: If you are arriving into Terminal 1, your driver will be located at the Post Office. If you are arriving into Terminal 2 your driver will be waiting at the Aena Information point located under green umbrella. If you are arriving into Terminal 4 your driver will be waiting at the Arrival Lounge (Bar Bareto Madrid).
Drop-offs are available only within the city limits of Madrid. We do not offer drop-offs outside the city (e.g., suburbs or surrounding towns). Please ensure your drop-off location is within the city.

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Madrid Hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

- Please be informed that the space for luggage in our cars is limited to 1 suitcase per person (max 20 kg). Otherwise the clients will be requested to take care of the extra luggage on their own or settle the extra cost (if confirmed with the supplier in advance).
