Meet at 8:20AM in front of Iwate Morioka Tourist Information Center (2F South Exit inside the Morioka Station building, on foot from JR Morioka Station) . An English-speaking guide will be waiting for you, holding a sign with the 'Sunrise Tours' logo.

Take the Shinkansen from Morioka Station to Hachinohe Station. (Hayabusa or Yamabiko Shinkansen, reserved seat)

2Oirase Gorge
Stroll around the Special Protection Zone-designated Oirase Gorge and Lake Towada. With clear forest air and beautiful trees, Oirase Gorge stretches on for approximately 14 km, offering a series of stunning views. Viewing spots will be visited by car.

Take a Hakkoda Ropeway Ride and relish a scenic spot overlooking the whole of Aomori Prefecture. One-way ropeway ride to summit (10min) – stroll around summit (30 min) – one-way ropeway ride to base (10 min)

- The tour may be canceled or the course altered in case ropeway operation is suspended or inclement weather (poor visibility due to strong winds, heavy rains, etc.) is in the forecast
- Please note that participants may not join partway through the tour. Also, participants may join only from the meeting location specified in advance
- Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with Shinkansen seats. Furthermore, if there are many participants, children 0-5 years old may have to sit on the lap of a parent or guardian on board the hired car. If guaranteed seats on the Shinkansen and hired car are required for such children, please book them under the child rate
- Customers will purchase their own lunch near Morioka Station or Hachinohe Station or at a stopover on the tour. Customers are to pay for their own lunch as it is not included in the tour booking charge
- For the Oirase Gorge itinerary, wearing long pants and sneakers easy to walk in is recommended. Please prepare sunglasses, hat, and gloves as necessary. Bringing rain gear in case of inclement weather is recommended
- As large luggage such as suitcases cannot be brought on the tour, customers with large luggage are requested to use a delivery service on their own
