Pickup Policy (Non-Airport Services)
To help keep every journey running smoothly, your personal host will wait up to 15 minutes after your scheduled pickup time. If you need additional waiting time, we'll do our best to accommodate you whenever possible. Please note that any wait beyond the complimentary 15 minutes will be subject to an additional waiting fee. Thank you in advance for helping us provide timely, personalized service for all of our guests.

Skip the taxi line at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) and enjoy private, comfortable transportation with one of our local hosts.
This is a one-way private transfer from San Juan to San Juan Cruise Port with these locations (or return): Isla Verde, Condado, Miramar, Old San Juan, SJU Airport.
Return transfers are also available. If you need round-trip transportation, simply book this service twice.
Before Your Service
One day before your scheduled transportation, you'll receive a text message with:
Your host's name , direct phone number, and pickup confirmation This allows you to communicate directly with your host if needed.
SJU Airport Pickup
Your personal host will greet you inside the baggage claim area holding a sign with the name provided on your reservation. If your flight is delayed, don't worry—we monitor all incoming flights and automatically adjust your pickup time at no additional cost. Depending on airport traffic and operational conditions, wait times of up to 30 minutes after your arrival may occasionally occur. The office will keep you informed throughout the process.
