Your tour begins in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale on the New River. It then takes you east along Las Olas Blvd. to Las Olas Boulevard.
You tour takes ends just past the historic Stranahan House at E Las Olas Boulevard.
The tour will take you along the riverfront and through the heart of Fort Lauderdale’s Arts and Entertainment District. It should take about an hour to an hour and half if you don’t stop... but we highly recommend you do! You can stop anywhere you like, take detours and take in the sights at your own pace. We’ll be waiting for you at the next stop when you’re ready to continue.

THRIVE SCULPTURE stands over 30 feet tall and is crafted in glass-fiber reinforced concrete and weighs in at about 14 ton. Upon closer inspection, you’ll notice a fern-adorned archway that you can walk through.
“The Historic Downtowner” beautifully reflects the charisma of the roaring 20s. One room, in particular, The Maxwell Room, is especially nostalgic. If you take a stroll along the southern riverwalk, it’s a great stop!
You'll see a very distinctive building with a unique shape, adorned by colorful murals on its exterior walls and 25,000 square feet of exhibition space, a sculpture terrace, an auditorium store and a café and what’s inside is every bit as spectacular too.

Don’t worry this park is not full of actual cigarette smokers…. or middle aged men drinking beer and smoking their favourite meat on a Traeger.. it’s named after... we'll tell you!
