Plaza Zaragoza is located at the crossroads of Zaragoza st. and 5 de Mayo in the downtown area. You will be able to see a kiosk in the center of the square our host will meet you there.
Metl Mezcaleria is the last point of our tour, located in the heart of the historic center. After the tour is over, If you like you can walk to continue enjoying yourself or you can take a taxi back to your hotel.
Leaving our meeting point, we will head towards Olas Altas, one of the oldest and most emblematic areas in our port, to reach our first taqueria and craft brewery.
We will pass through Bonfil Park where you will be able to appreciate the largest shrimp fleet in Latin America and understand the culinary traditions of shrimp in Mazatlan.
We will continue our journey to our next vendor where you will eat one of the most popular tacos in Mexico, Taco al pastor, where we will explain the true origin of this taco.
After savoring the wonderful flavors of the taco al pastor we will drive along the beautiful Mazatlan malecon until we reach our next destination where you will see the process of cooking our carne asada tacos and handmade tortillas.
We will continue our culinary adventure to try one of the most representative tacos of Sinaloa, then head to our final destination the Mezcal bar where the resident mezcal master walks you through the tasting of traditional mezcal, exploring the sweet, smoky, floral, and herbal flavors of the pre-Hispanic drink.
