Meeting and pickup
✈️ Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) – Meeting Point
After clearing Customs and collecting your luggage, you will enter the Arrivals Hall on LEVEL 2.
⚠️ PLEASE STAY ON LEVEL 2 — this is the same floor where you arrive inside the terminal. There is no need to go up or downstairs.
Please proceed to our meeting point:
International Arrivals: Gate 3
Domestic Arrivals: Gate 2–3
Our airport representative or driver will be waiting at the meeting point holding a sign with your name.
Please note that vehicles are not able to park and wait directly near the meeting gate. Once you have met our team, your driver will bring the vehicle to the pick-up area. During busy periods, airport traffic can be heavy, so it may take a little time for the vehicle to reach you.

What to expect
At Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), PattayaCentral’s team/driver will be waiting for you at Gate 3 in the Arrivals Hall – Level 2 (the same level where you arrive). Look for our team holding a sign with your name.
No need to worry if your flight is delayed—we monitor all flight arrivals to ensure your driver is there when you land. We understand that immigration and baggage collection can take time, and we never charge a waiting fee.
Once you connect with your driver, they will escort you to your transport, conveniently located in a nearby car park (approximately a 150-meter walk). From there, you’ll enjoy a smooth journey down to Pattaya, where we’ll drop you off at your hotel or private address, typically an 80-minute drive.
