What to expect

Once we receive your booking, we will confirm it via email. If your booking is made in advance, we’ll also send a reconfirmation email three days prior to your arrival to ensure your plans haven't changed.

No need to worry if your flight is delayed—we monitor all flight arrivals to ensure your driver is there when you land. We understand that immigration and baggage collection can take time, and we never charge a waiting fee.

Once you connect with your driver, they will escort you to your transport, conveniently located in a nearby car park (approximately a 150-meter walk). From there, you’ll enjoy a smooth journey down to Pattaya, where we’ll drop you off at your hotel or private address, typically 150 minutes drive.
