What to expect

Our Guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel lobby and take you to the local market nearby for a market tour with the ingredients list in your hand, strolling around with our guide, here you will buy all of the essential ingredients for our class.
On arrival at Mai Home Hoi An Cooking Class & Restaurant in Trà Quế, enjoy welcome drink with local herbs then stroll around the vegetable garden with your guide to learn the traditional farming ways in growing organic herbs and vegetables with seaweed which is exploited from the nearby river.
Cooking some of the famous local dishes such as “Banh Xeo” Pancake, Green Papaya and Banana Salad, “Ram” Fried rolls( or Fresh Springrolls ), Fish cooked in Claypot with the guidance of the chef.
Enjoy your lunch with local specialties and with dishes that made by yourself comes with the steamed rice, dessert with seasonal tropical fruits. After lunch, take a rest before getting back to your Hotel. Tour ends.
