Hi, my name is PANG! where I livings there are 6ethnic groups in Sapa and I am separate from the Hmong tribe. I live in Hau Thao village, where my husband and I run the family run Mountain Valley homestay. I do this tour because the women here like my aunts, sisters, in and friends. When we were children, we were not given priority to go to high school, so we got married early when we were 16, 17, 18 years old.that why not have a stable source of income, difficult and we know English is learned from tourists we want to show you how beautiful in sapa ,I want to help people and I have a better life, so when you book my tour, it will be my aunt, my friend, my sister, I will pick you up to go trekking and we are experienced tour guides.Thank you for help us

What to expect

Trekking: Sapa-Y Linh Ho-Lao Chai-Ta Van
Depart from Sapa town wherever is most convenient for you
you will have chance to visit beautiful villages located about 13km from Sapa and learn about different ethnic groups, local traditions and culture
Starting from Sapa town, it will take us about 15 to 20 minutes to leave town
After that, we will start walking on trails through Y Linh Ho village, see rice terraces,inhabited by ethnic people, mainly Mong people, who grow rice and maize to eat and feed their families. animals eat. grow thorns and indigo trees to make their own costumes.
From here, the walking path will lead us to Lao Chai village, crossing endless rice fields in the shadow of majestic mountains, where we stop for lunch.
Around 11:30-12:30 have lunch at a small restaurant where you can enjoy the great taste of a variety of local foods and try happy water. After lunch, we
will pass through Lao Chai village, where you can see the people working in the rice fields, cultivating or harvesting depending on the time of year. After an hour and a half walk from Lao Chai table (2pm), you will learn about local culture, daily life and making traditional Hmong people.
