What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please come to the meeting point 5 minutes before the start time. Your guide will be waiting in front of the Y'MEZ Building holding a sign that says “Japan Wonder Travel.” The location is a 5–10 minute walk from Shibuya Station. The bar is on the 2nd floor of this building.
What to expect
The workshop begins with a guided tasting of three distinct sake styles. You’ll learn how to observe aroma, identify flavor differences, and understand basic tasting techniques while sampling each one.
After the introduction, you’ll have 45 minutes to explore over 50 additional varieties at your own pace. Compare regions, try different sweetness levels, and revisit your favorites as your host remains available for questions and recommendations.
At the end of the experience, you can also purchase your favorite bottle to take home as a gift or souvenir.
