Our driver will be waiting at the arrival hall of Ngurah Rai International Airport holding a sign with your name.
After collecting your luggage and passing customs, please proceed to the arrival meeting point where your driver will be waiting.
If you cannot find your driver, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp (number provided in your voucher).
We offer free waiting time up to 90 minutes after your flight lands to allow for immigration and baggage collection.
For delayed flights, we monitor your flight status and adjust pickup time accordingly.
